Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TOP TRADER and the related services. By creating an account, connecting a broker account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

TOP TRADER mirrors trading activity between broker accounts you connect using your own API credentials. We act as a tool that carries out the actions you configure. We are not a broker, market maker, or financial advisor, and we do not hold client funds.

2. Accounts & credentials

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity in your account. You must have the right to connect any broker account you link to the service. Broker credentials are encrypted and used only to place the trades you configure.

3. Risk acknowledgment

Trading leveraged products such as forex, CFDs, and commodities carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Copy trading does not eliminate risk and does not guarantee profit. You trade at your own risk and are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Nothing on TOP TRADER constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

4. Plans & billing

Subscriptions are billed on the plan you choose and renew automatically until cancelled. The free trial is a limited offer (one account, one copy pair) and requires identity verification. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate any law, a broker's terms, or a third party's rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another user's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is” and we make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOP TRADER will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising out of your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
